Note that there was a hard drive failure yesterday.
A replacement drive is operating, but you will need to republish your site (via
FTP or FrontPage, if applicable).
If you don't have a copy of your site to publish, you might check at archive.org.
We will also be recovering the files from the failed drive (if possible) in a
couple weeks. If you wish to be notified of when that is available, send an
email to sales@thehostpros.com with
the subject "recovered data needed" (in the message body, just list
the domains the data or files are needed for).
We are sorry for the inconvenience. A credit will be issued for your trouble
(and starting next week, we'll have mirrored hard drives so that everything is
backed up constantly, and a drive failure will have no effect).
